How can we help you?
Extensive research by the purity masters at Lawrence Factor has resulted in some of the finest and most powerful purification agents available for compressed Air&Gas Systems. Each being formulated to perform the heights of pressure, under the toughest conditions and is produced using the rigid quality controls that have made L-factor the most respected name in hi-psi purified Air&Gas.
The pedigree of each Lawrence Factor purity agent stems from the selection of chemistry we employ in our power-packed filter cartridges. After the many years of study, the immeasurable hours of performance testing in the real world, and the unmatched expertise of Lawrence Factor that went into developing these agents-you can feel confident that you are choosing a product that's able to perform to your highest standards.
Our sorbents target and capture specific molecules in a web of atomic magnets, effectively eliminating even the minutest traces of undesired substance from your Air&Gas stream. Choose from a range of desiccants, catalysts, and carbons each formulated to perform under a specific set of conditions-and all packaged in a variety of sizes with long-term shelf life in mind.
We also offer a selection of lubes and cleansing agents-all designed to work in concert and enhance the performance of your Air&Gas purification equipment. Naturally, every product coming from Lawrence Factor is of the highest grade and the highest purity.
An economy product, a carefully blended mixture of Molecular Sieves 4a and Silica Gel Desiccant. Best at adsorbing water vapors and droplets. This 50/50 blend is very popular among processors of high volumes of air and gas. It is recommended to apply this reagent ONLY as a gas drying strata with first exposure to the gas stream.
Uses Include: Water droplet absorption and water vapor adsorption to 140^F,
Gel Desiccant is a moderately powerful media best at adsorbing water vapors and droplets. Gel Desiccant finds good use in applications at atmospheric or low pressures and at low temperatures. It is recommended to apply this reagent ONLY as a gas drying media with first exposure to the gas stream.
Uses Include: Water droplet adsorption and water vapor adsorption to 125^F.
Vaporshell™ brand Molecular Sieves 1 3X is our highest grade of desiccant reagent. Vaporshell™ is at least four times more powerful than other desiccants, especially when approaching use at higher temperatures. Vaporshell™ can hold up to 1/4 of its own weight in water and also has capacities for hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, and other organics. Vaporshell™ may be applied as a reagent in gas purifying, alone or with a compounded of appropriate media.
Uses Include: Water droplet adsorption and water vapor adsorption to 223.
Activated Carbons are among the most powerful available. Their high density provide low dust and high capacity characteristics. These reagents are quite effective at absorbing oil droplets and vapors, as well as, hydrocarbons, organics, and halogenated solvents. It is recommended to apply this reagent ONLY after the gas stream has been thoroughly dehydrated.
Uses Include: Adsorption of oil droplets, oil vapors, hydrocarbons, and halogenated solvents,
Alumina Desiccant is a moderately powerful media best at adsorbing water vapors and droplets. Alumina Desiccant finds good use in applications at low pressures and at temperatures below 1 500F. It is recommended to apply this reagent ONLY as a gas drying media with first exposure to the gas stream.
Uses Include: Water droplet adsorption and water vapor adsorption to 150^F
Molecular Sieves 4A is a highly powerful media best at adsorbing water vapors and droplets. Substances in the hydrocarbon groups also have an affinity towards Molecular Sieves 4A, although water has a stronger bond within most gas applications. It is recommended to apply this reagent ONLY as a gas drying media with first exposure to the gas stream.
Uses Include: Water droplet adsorption and water vapor adsorption to 125^F; best used for drying CNG without removing the mercaptans.
Where carbon monoxide is a concern, the Monoxycon™ catalyst is the solution. commonly employed within breathing air systems, this reagent catalytically converts "deadly" carbon monoxide to less harmful carbon dioxide. The gas stream must be dehydrated to levels below -500 F prior to entering the Monoxycon™ media. The higher carbon dioxide levels are - present after treatment - must be removed with an adsorption reagent such as Vaporshelln.'
Uses Include: Catalytic conversion of Carbon Monoxide,
